Etienne Mirlesse, whose career spans over 25 years in television and music production as well as digital imaging and broadcast technologies, has always worked on the cusp of new technology and traditional film/video industry. Producer of the first MGM/UA laser disk, pioneer of HDTV production in Europe (with over 150 hours of hi definition music television programming including concerts by some of the top musical artists) and a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, Etienne had often witnessed the cultural gap between media and technology companies. This realisation led him to found Transmedia in 2002, in order to provide a win-win service to both industries in the growing market of broadband distribution.

Natalia Tsarkova is an internationally known expert on digital media architecture and broadband content programming. Before founding Transmedia, she worked with Intel, USA Networks, IMG, Sony Signatures, Apple Corps. Ltd et al. Throughout her professional experience in both traditional and new media industries, she brought to her work a consistent vision of intelligent content distribution which would maximize the life of media assets and bring consumers a more satisfying and inspired television experience. Natalia graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College, and holds a Master of Science degree from the MIT Media Lab.
